Prize Place supports responsible play and follows all conditions set out in our provincial raffle licences. Ticket sales are restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

• Set a budget: Decide how much you can afford to spend on raffle tickets and stick to that limit.
• Never chase losses: Raffles are games of chance. Never view them as a way to make money.
• Keep it fun: Enjoy raffles as entertainment, not as a response to stress or problems.
• Understand the odds: Remember that winning is never guaranteed, regardless of how many tickets you purchase.

3. Signs of a Problem

Warning signs include spending more than you can afford, feeling anxious about purchases, hiding purchases from others, or borrowing money to buy tickets.

4. Getting Help

If gambling is causing problems, support is available through ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600), Problem Gambling Support Services, and Gamblers Anonymous.

5. Self-Exclusion

If you need to take a break, you can request to be removed from our marketing lists or excluded from purchasing tickets. Contact our support team using the information on the About page.
